When beginning a new client relationship, Fernando’s top priority is to gain insight into a business’s long-term goals. Fernando is a Partner and leader in our International Tax Services line. Practicing in accounting and international tax since 1998, Fernando has experience serving on the leadership team and in senior management at international public accounting firms.
He specializes in providing International Tax services to his clients—including cross-border tax planning and structuring — and has helped many of his clients expand in both US and foreign markets.
Fernando’s global network is vast, and he leverages his relationships to navigate the complexities of markets like Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean in order to reach the best possible tax outcomes for his clients. He is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer and the North America Vice Chairman of the International Tax Section of Geneva Group International.
Fernando enjoys spending time with his kids and traveling, and he loves both playing and being a fan of sports.
